FAQ & Support

Common questions about Servloop.

What does Servloop cost?
Servloop is currently in early access. Reach out to discuss pricing for your business.
Does my customer need to create an account?
No. Riders submit a service request without signing up for anything. They get a private tracking link by email — no login, no app, no friction.
Does Servloop replace my existing POS or repair software?
No, and it's not trying to. Servloop handles the customer communication layer — intake, scheduling, estimates, and status updates. It works alongside whatever you already use for invoicing and parts.
Is this only for bike shops, or can independent mechanics use it?
Both. Servloop is built for any bike service business — independent shops, solo mechanics, mobile mechanics, and specialists. You configure your service type and it adapts from there.
How does a rider request service?
You share your Servloop request link — it works like a simple web form. Riders describe the issue, upload photos if helpful, and indicate their preferred timing. You review it and confirm.
How do I share my request page?
Your public request page is at servloop.co/shop/your-business-name. Put it in your Instagram bio, website, email signature, or anywhere you currently say 'DM us to book service.'
What happens to my data?
Your data is stored securely in a hosted Postgres database and never sold or shared. You own your customer data.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — it's built mobile-first. The service dashboard is designed to be used from a phone on the shop floor or out in the field, one-handed.
